Philanthropic Advising + Impact Strategy.
Identify preferred organizational focus & recipient criteria. Vet & manage applications and awars. Provide 12 2-hour work sessions and 4 strategy intensives for recipients each year. Create & manage systems & tools deploy and track directed impact strategy work.

Cost. $6,000/month retainer + $10,000 quarterly direction donations to recipients
